Co.

The place we walked by the other day on our chelsea jaunt is a new artisanal pizza place that just opened. I wonder if we can get one without all that greenery.  Review from NY Mag below.

"Just as Jim Lahey changed the face of artisanal bread-baking with Sullivan St Bakery, so he endeavors to leave his dough-driven mark on Co., the pizza parlor he opens this week with investors Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Phil Suarez. A sleek, woody room sets the casual scene for light crusts, seasonal toppings, imported mozzarella di bufala, and ice cream for dessert. 230 Ninth Ave., at 24th St.; 212-243-1105."
